good day, i am planning to make a simple I/H/E modification to my civic 96 vti... and i prefer, as much as possible, those parts which i can personally install...
can anyone please point me to the right direction as to what are the commendable I/H/E upgrade that are locally available in the market..
any inputs on brand, its price, and the pros and cons as well, will be highly appreciated.. TIA

many thanks mate, i appreciate your suggestion... i'll inquire from them what could be the appropriate mods i needed...
my bad, why i did not think of that maybe im too much dependent on yahoo search engine
seriously, i did mate but i cannot find the right answer for my queries... most were discussions on one part to another, high end or jdm mostly, which requires additional modifications... what i wanted actually is, just like airolynx suggested, are simple bolt ons mods... anyways, many thanks too...

May 3rd, 2011 01:03 PM #6Simple IHE:
- Short ram air intake (tube and cone filter)
- 4-1 headers (mandrel bent if possible, but crush bent will do)
- Upsize piping to next bigger diameter (2" for your case) will minimal bends (mandreled) if possible
- Replace with singe long midpipe resonator (same diameter with piping)
- Free flow muffler (2" inlet)
Add fuel controller and tune for best results!
Good luck!
