Ang alam ko ang Tsikot nagkakaron ng EB annually ata -- or basta ganun bihira lang. Last year, October ata nagkaron then this year nagkaron ng January sa Fiamma.
Usually mga EB is set up by barkada na nafoform dito. Like for example, ASX owners...

Regarding, car club bashing, sir jedi. It seems that shadow and ozcity still practices this "hobby". Just read the previous posts from them. I don't get it, did they have such bad experience from that club? I have a friend from that club and they say that they have a warning system in effect. It seems that these forumers are bitter about something. They are posting half truths and some foul languages like sucking and licking ass and dicks...

550k could get you a Nissan Skyline R32 GT-R (if you find one, that is). Not in perfectly good condition, but hey, it'd take a heavily modified SiR to match that on a straight line, and ewan ko lang kung makasabay sa corners ang SiR kay Gozilla.
Point is, while the SiR is a good car in itself, primarily because of the B16A that comes as standard, its prices in the market today are way too high to be considered practical. You can find faster and more comfortable cars for the price of the SiR.
About 2-3 years back, I wanted an SiR. Then I realized prices weren't dropping, so my wishlist shifted to either an AE101 with a 4AGE or a B13 with an SR20DE. Then about a year ago, I realized that these are ~15 year-old cars, and while they have fun engines, their chassis aren't all that modern, and they haven't really got much features to speak of. So right now, I've shifted my eyes on to the Lynx RS. Hopefully by the time I've got 250k to spend, meron pang natitirang for sale.
Honda and Isuzu are car brands that are benefiting from old school pinoy thinking na da best gas or diesel cars. Toyota may have somehow capitalized laso on brand perception pero medyo acceptable pa kahit papano IMO. 'Di gaya ng Isuzu and Honda na parang all models eh super taas pa ng resale value.![]()

price are usually dependent on the market. kung marami ang demand at maliit ang market medyo kakaiba talaga magiging pricing.
alam nyo ba yung isang sasakyan na nirelease nung 1998 ay nag-appreciate pa ngayon 2012. afaik 2008 pa lang appreciate na sya kasi konti lang ang dumating at di inaasahang magkakaron ng demand sa market years after it was released.

That's economics... Plain and simple. I dont know why it's hard to understand. Hanggat madaming umaasam at nagaagawan mas mahirap kuhanin. Magaling ang marketing ng Honda sa SiR and hindi naman din pangit performance and looks. So ayun ang phenomenon ng high price nya. You can always settle for the more affordable one if budget is the problem. But you will sacrifice your dream, if you really want an SiR... And yung mga nahuhumaling naman sa SiR or whatever na kotse at parang mga adik sa pagpupuri sa sasakyan nila, hayaan niyo na sila. Dumaan din naman kayo dun di ba? So mauunawaan niyo din dapat. Lest you be labeled a hypocrite.
Swerte pala talaga ng mga nakabili ng SIR nung unang ilabas dito. Pwera na lang yung mga naaksidente dahil na rin sa recklessness nila.
Swerte talaga. Nagamit mo na ng ilang beses kaya mo pa ibenta ng 100-300k less from its original price lang. Usually, buyers wouldn't care much about sa mileage ng SiR mo. Lalo na yung mga talagang nagkukumahog makakuha ng isa? Walang pakielam. Basta bihis.. WOW! kaagad sila.
That's the advantage you get from having one, isa pa.. if you're lucky enough to get a fresh unit for 250k.. you can sell it for as much as 400k at may papatos pa rin. Kumita ka pa. Hahaha.
