It could be that somewhere along the line before the evaporator is the leak. From what I've observed, they do leak test from connections only. That is, the connections from both ends of your evaporator when they replaced it. You can ask them to evacuate the refrigerant and do another leak test. This time, ask them to use a chemical (I can't remember the name) that will be pumped in the system. The leak should be visible with UV light.

If something went wrong with your compressor before, it could have caused clogging the expansion valve which can​ trigger the high pressure switch.

pag nag ha high pressure kadalasan barado ung expansion valve ganyan dati ung VTI ko.after palitan at iflushing ok naman na siya.filter dryer lang at expansion valve palagi pinapalitan.saka i paflusing ung mga tubo.at condenser ok na.
