boss i got mine last august 2006, 1997 honda vti matic, ganda ng fuel efficiency nya, kasi as of now mas malakas kumunsumo ung nissan sentra s4 namin (kahit 1.3lang sya, di ko laam kung bakit kasi 7~8 KM/L lang sya - boss baka matulungan nyo din ako for and OT). tpos sarap and comfortable ng ride di ka din nya bibitinin sa overtaking at arangkada, akin kinukundisyon ko pa sya kasi syempre second hand although maganda naman nun nakuha gusto ko kasi ung expectations ko ang masunod. comment on accord ung friend ko nakabili din sya second hand and manual pero grabe daw sa gas, imagine same place kami (house and work magkalapit parehas) pero sobra sya kumunsumo ng gas. pero ingat lang pagkuha ng automatic tranny kasi meron iba hindi halata n may problema just feel the ride and lalo n sa highway, plus tsek mo ung post dito about automatic transmission and how to determine kung ok pa sya o hindi na (i think sa amoy at itsura lang makikita ng atf un) i hope i help you.

yung 97 Accord; its VTi-L not VTi-S.
"L" almost is synonymous to luxury... it has leather seats, power driver's seat, wood trims, CD player etc. compared to a regular VTi which didnt have the 1st two features.
2001-2005 Civic has VTi and VTi-S variants. the "S" connotes safety features Airbags, ABS+EBD...which the VTi lacks.
among the choices, VTi or LXi... VTi is the way to go. better equipped since prices of the 2nd hand car overlaps at the used car market...it better to get the top line car IMO. the ESi was the top line variant of the 92-95 Civic models (EG).

Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
