Ok ba sa Honda Cars Manila magpaservice?
This is sooooooo true! We had an appointment for 8am. The CRV was brought to Honda Shaw at the agreed time and they only finished around 3:30+pm (including waiting to make the payment). Btw, the service is just for the first 1T kms. I wonder why did they even bother taking appointments if the results are the same as having a free-for-all system? There were so many vehicle for servicing, either because Honda Shaw overbooked their appointments committments or they dont turn down any vehicle arriving at their doorstep. They didnt even bother detailing the vehicle after the service.

From experience, Honda Manila details the vehicle a bit after each service session.

Eto pa, matagal rin sa claiming na nung sasakyan! geessh!!!! gusto ko pa naman magkarun ng Civic 2006. hanggang ngaun ganyan pa din? this is actually true, even sa libis. yan claiming ng tsikot from the service area. after waiting for the bills to get processed that took like forever. kala mo tapos na pagka-bayad mo sa cashier, only to find out na clueless pati sikyu sa claiming area and another 30 mins pa sa waiting time.

experienced this ultra slow service when we had our 1st 1,000km check up. Btw, my my mom filled up the customer satisfaction service form and yes, she was not satisfied. Two days after tumawag ang Honda Shaw asking why she wasnt satisfied, so my mom explained. As if naman bibilis yun. I have friends who have their Honda cars serviced in Honda Shaw and parepareho tayo ng complain.

I think this is a wake up call for Honda Shaw. Ang layo nyo sa Toyota! Particularly sa Toyota Shaw. We have been servicing our Corollas (Ae92, 101 and 111) there and suki na kami nyan for 13 years and super satisfied kami sa service nila. We usually bring our Corolla there at 8am. Pag sinabi ng Service Advisor na before lunch, before lunch talaga. Kung may problema, iniiform kami agad by mobile phone. Two days after tinatawagan din kami ng TS to check kung ok yung car. My mom is very happy with their service, unlike sa Honda Shaw.

    HONDA MAGALLANES - HORROR ISTORY

I've made up my mind to buy a City 1.3 CVT. Nagka areglohan na kami nung dealer ng company namin (she offers good discounts/freebies daw sa employees)

Kahapon tinext ako nung dealer at ni refer sa isang sales agent kase di raw sya papasok. The sales agent was expecting me na raw. Punta nako ng HONDA MAGALLANES (Makati) para mag test-drive, pa reserve at mag down! Pag dating ko dun, the sales agent was nowhere in sight. I asked for him, wala raw. Sabi ko, pwede ba nilang kontakin at nandun na ako. Di raw nila alam kung nasan.

They sent a diff sales agent who assisted me sa pag test drive. The whole test drive, tahimik lang sya. Pag tinatanong ko about DVT, 7-Speed, etc. Tipid sya sa sagot. "Opo" "Medyo po" etc. and wasn't doing any "sales talk" at all.

After nung test drive, I asked about the UVT rear seats, so dinemo nya. Binaba yung upuan at tinaas, and that was it. I was expecting if mag sales talk sya at pakita yung engine, explain yung "Most talked about" CVT tech. atbp. features ng City. Interesado ba silang mag benta talaga? O na-abot na kase nila quota nila for the year?

1 hour nako dun, la parin yung sales agent who was "expecting" me. They were just sitting on their lazy asses, mukhang bored na bored.

So ayan, inindyan nako, la pakong maka usap ng matino.

I'm real glad at dito ako bumagsak sa tsikot forums. langya, after reading thru the posts, sablay nga talaga ang HONDA MAGALLANES! Imagine, di man lang nag return call yung dalawang agent sakin. Kahit text man lang. ut0t!

Ok reviews dun eh. Layo nga lang... Ang shaw ba ok? Kaso Ayala din yun eh!

Ayala owned Honda Casas Sucks. Bad culture!!!

As For me I dont trust Honda Casas For PMS. They have a LOT TO HIDE when your car is being service.

Though i have a good experience with Honda Manila that is run by Yuchengco and their insurance are good too. (Malayan)

Nagloko idling ko with a/c on after ko magpa-minor tuneup sa kanila. TO THINK NA TUNE-UP UN HA na presyong ginto. Wala naman ganun problem before.

Double whammy talaga.
