update: mukhang mapapalitan na talaga ng transmission. mag memeeting sila bukas just for this case. im so thankful. lalo na sa service manager. hes been doing everything for the good.
bottomline: it does not mean kung ok yung results ng data, walang sira. the more na may sira nga diba kasi hindi makita. kahit computer na wala paring makita. i hope kung mapalitan, ok na.
ang iniisip ko rin kasi talaga, what if hindi pala sa transmission in the first place? kasi nga walang makitang problema sa computer. wala lang. just a thought. wish me luck. thanks to those who supported. ive waited for this for almost 3 years already

Sige bro.,- i-update mo na lang kami as soon as possible. I may have given up my Jazz 1.3L iDSI CVT a few weeks ago but I am very much interested to know what was the issue with your ride, if it is at all seen in their high tech diags, plus how Honda will handle this.....

baka naman maluwag ang CVT belt kaya nagflu-fluctuate yung power. One thing kaya hindi ako attracted sa City/Jazz's previous CVTs is because it is belt driven unlike Mazda and Nissan's JDM chain driven CVTs (Nissan's Xtronic and Mazda Toroidal CVTs). And like timing belts vs timing chain, the chains are almost bulletproof compared with the former (less patid pa). Ganun din theory ko sa belt driven CVT.

The slipping issue isn't actually because of the belts... it's because of the small clutch packs.
It's strange that Honda didn't decide to go the chain-route, though, as that would have allowed their CVTs to handle more power, which means they could have offered it on a wider variety of vehicles... say, the Civic, the CR-V and even the Accord.
Oh well... c'est la vie.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

actually i think it is not slipping. what i can feel is that parang naging bobo ang computer. hindi ata nya alam kelan mag engage at disengage.
Not yet..... I'm still consolidating those quotations as different dealers gave different discount...
