eg hatchback: is it still worth buying nowadays?

Just last week, nakakita ako ng black honda 2007 Jazz. Ta's naka TE37 lang na orig. And bronze.

thanks sir renzo.. grabe talaga yang hatch na yan.. lakas kasi ng dating sakin eh.. haha.. kaya yan ang gusto ko talaga magkaron ako.. practicality-wise, parang mahirap na din alagaan.. na tulad ko.. hindi naman ganun kalakihan yun budget.. hehe..

pero sir kng mag shift ako sa honda city type z, ok lang po ba yun na panimulang kotse ko?

eto po kasi yun naiisip ko ngayon.. let's say makakuha nga ako ng hatch worth (170-180k).. worth it na po ba yun.. and yun magiging gastos ko pa po sa maintenance nya.. baka konti na lang e mga nasa 2000 up na model na katumbas nun..

hehehe! ang mahal pala ng magagastos ko.. parang di ata kakayanin.. hehe.. pero sir, kung hindi ko naman sya popormahan talaga, yung simple lang, yun tipong may magamit lang ako na pang alis ko (like tagaytay..) hindi naman po siguro aabot ng ganyan yung magagastos ko noh...

Definitely not. What I stated was the prices you should expect if ever you're going to have the hatch as your project car. ;)

Kung everyday driving, you should have 50k atleast for the post-purchase maintenance. If the tires are worn out, plus 15k.

i see.. so dapat may naka ready lang ako na extra cash para sa post maintenance nya.. hmmm.. papaisip tuloy ako.. balik na lang kaya ako ulet sa hatch.. hehe..

sir renzo, question pa po.. pano ko malalaman kung hindi napang karera yung hatch.. halimbawa po, hindi power steering un hatch.. so ibig sabihin nun e hindi rin ginamit pang racing.... yun din po kasi yung iniiwasan ko.. yung napang karera

yup sir.. max na yung 200k.. hehe.. mejo low budget ako e..

actually, di ko masyado gusto yung nissan and kia.. yung gsr po i'm considering din yun.. nag post din po ako ng thread tungkol sa gsr dun sa mitsubishi cars.. eh karamihan po, ang sabi nila eh hindi sila sang ayon sa gsr.. hehe

kaya honda po talaga yung main option ko.. lakas kasi ng dating ng hatch sakin eh.. luma na nga lang kasi..

my friend had a hatch i a have an esi... nagkarating kame ng pagudpud without a sweat...kung gusto mo mas ok.. go for SIR dagdag ka na lang konti sa budget mo... stick with honda.. panget iba oto when they aged that much..
