City 2008 EPS problem

My City 2008 MT suddenly encountered EPS light on the dash. Steering is also heavy. Anyone encountered this and how to solve it?Help is very much appreciated.

Sir Try mo pa check ang EPS Sensor.

Pa scan mo to check the fault. Possible fault source EPS module, motor, torque sensor or just a busted fuse

I m going to Honda Alabang on Thursday for diagnosis. I hope parts are available and not too expensive. Thanks to those who replied.

Sir Nizm paki update nyo kami kung ano findings. Yung sakin 08 idsi matic may kalampag pag nilalaro mo manibela (while parked) kaya pag uneven yung kalsada akala mo sira na ang mga pangilalim pero hindi naman. Sabi ng mga underchassis mechanics yun daw steering motor na daw maluwag na yung bushing, ang mahirap dito palit steering motor assembly na daw. No idea pa kung magkano pero sigurado ako mapapamura ako sa mahal.

^ i'm not sure but i think they have. ang pinagawa ko kasi dati ay replacement ng fuel filter sa fd ko kaya hindi na kinailangan gamitan ng scanner. pero recommended iyan sila sa honda club at team fd kaya dinadayo pa iyong hongly kaya dapat agahan mo doon

another shop i can recommend along sucat ave is d & r fast repair (look for the owner, danny, who is an ex-tech of honda). ayan sigurado ako may obd2 scanner kasi ginamitan last year iyong fd ko niyan nuong nagka-problema ako sa ride ko. the shop is beside mercury drugstore and sm hypermart

I was able to find Hongly, he thinks solution is replacement of EPS module which is 24k from Honda dealer. I asked him if he can reset via documentation i have downloaded from the internet, but he doesnt know how nevertherless see attached doc. Any ideas. TIA.
