Let me share my personal experience naman.

I took my car there for pms. Usual routine na was asked to take out all belongings from the car. Inadvertedly, naiwan ko wallet ko and yung bvlgari perfume ni wifey sa top compartment. good thing that their cust service returned the wallet pero the perfume was lost cyempre they claim na wala daw yung perfume dun and kept on saying na "sir kaya namen kayo ni remind about your stuffs" so that means na pag may naiwan yng guest free for all na cya???

If you take your car there for preventive maintenance ensure that you dont have ANY personal belongings in your car else you wont find that item after the service.

I accidentally left my wife's perfume there. Of course they told me that they didnt find anthing there and insisted na wala daw tlaga even i found the cap of the perfume on the floor.tsk... tsk...

So on my next pms i made an experiment, i left a half full bag of candies in the same spot where the perfume was placed and whoala! After my pms the candies are gone.

I guess if you left something inside, its already free for all to those that will service your vehicle.

No choice eh this the closest honda from my office :mad:

Now I know why there's a warning. I had an accident last October 25 and decided to bring my car there since I bought it from them. Up to now, there hasn't been any significant progress in the repair. Nagtuturuan sila ng Insurance ko. Grrr. Pano ba magescalate ng issue?

I guess it's already late to transfer it to their preferred shop. I didn't know or wasn't even aware this insurances have their own preferred shops. My thinking is that if I bought it from the casa, I should bring it to them for repair. Guess I was wrong.

Just an FYI, my insurance is Prudential Guarantee and I submitted my documents at PGA Alabang. Eto pa kinakainis ko, for the past 3 years, I haven't had a major accident/claim so bakit parang iniipit ako ng insurance. Wala pa rin nasusubmit na LOA. Panay verbal agreement lang ng Insurance at Casa.

Ayun naresurrect ang thread para dun sa naghahanap ng magandang honda dealer hehe...

Papi boots, di ka nag-iisa, ganyan din sa honda sta rosa. Tumawag ako sabi sakin punta lang daw ako, no need for appointment ang headlight cleaning, pagdating dun.. bwiset! kailangan daw appt, hahaha... buti na lang malapit lang sa amin, pero abala pa rin.

Not Happy talaga sa service nila... Not recommend beware kayo.. go somewhere else.

Casa usually gets a third party detailer and car wash, kaya pag nagka prob dun sa detailing, least priority nila aYusin nila yan.
Another is they will tend to get least cost detailer so they can have a good income in that service.
As sir Cast_no_shadow mentioned, dont go to casa for detailing, car wash or even repainting,

next time record mo yung conversation ng sinabi nila(there's an app for that). then sampal mo sa mukha nila pag ayaw.

Haha, sarap nga ipamukha sa kanila, but it just isn't me. Just like I don't wanna hurt a waiter because he just might spit on my food, baka babuyin yung trabaho, lalong malaking abala. Any way, I identified this guy and surprise, he was a manager.

I'm the type of person who doesn't complain, but you won't see me again either, daming talyer dyan.

Buti na lang sa honda makati(magallanes) ako kumuha ng unit, kahit nung 1st PMS ko dumayo ako dun.. Asikaso naman at mabilis, kahit yung mismong sales manager na kausap ko nung bumili ako, kausap ko pa rin at kinakamusta, kasi may request ako regarding sa unit, maliit na bagay pero para sakin, magandang after market service.

At first dun dapat ako kukuha ng unit sa honda alabang, kaso after ko magdown, napapako yung sabi nila na marelease yung unit within the week, hanggang sa nainip ako at naghanap ako ng unit sa ibang honda dealer, at meron sa makati.. So pinalipat ko lahat, luckily.. No major effort sakin maliban sa pagpunta sa casa.. Sila na umasikaso ng transfer ng document, requirement at downpayment.
Nakakuha pa ako ng additional freebies and discount.. Dalawa ang umaasikaso sakin.. Hahaha.. So asikasong asikaso ako.. As i said, kahit nung 1st pms ko, kausap ko pa rin yung sales manager. Nagbabalak ako na sa next pms ko, sa honda alabang sana, since pwede naman daw dun sabi ng honda makati, kaso mukhang nakakatakot dun.

may sumpa ba ang alabang? honda at toyota alabang pareho bagsak sa satisfaction ng owners... i can attest to honda alabang fail, lagi na lang pag ipapasok yong 2nd gen crv namin dati sa honda alabang eh may panibago nasisira...

pero kung may sumpa ang alabang, mukang may swerte naman ang honda at toyota makati branch at maganda ang customer feedback... baket kaya ganun?
