Just saw a civic fully decked out to look like a type r, its disappointing somebody would go to great lengths to do it.

I know its his car, his money and his rules but question is why?

Its so easy to make the current gen look good, a set of aftermarket JDM wheels and lower a little bit and it will already be perfect.

Money can buy mods but not taste. I've seen even high end cars modded to obscurity.

I saw one with the fake 3 pc center exhaust. The exhausts were NOT even hollow. Hahaha. WTF talaga.

Meron pa nga E na nilagyan ng RS turbo badge.

Madaming Civic Fake Rs dun saka fake SIs.

Personally mas gusto ko pa looks ng SI kesa sa Type R.

An automatic/CVT SI is the perfect daily sana plus a good weekend runner.

I would definitely want the Type R front end and side profile added to my normal Civic if I had one [emoji28]

But the rear end is a bit too much for me.

It's called tacky. Also called pretending to be something you're not.

Of course, their car, their money, their rules. But just as they're entitled to dress up their cars whatever way they want, other people are entitled to their own opinions about these cars - and many, myself included, find pretentious cars very distasteful.
