Sir mukang mali ka nga rin po. Always use the "second turn" kung may makita ka man na high beam indicator, try to push or pull that handle para mawala yung high beam indicator. Yung first turn po kaso is for park light only.

Honda Malaysia recalls 2014 City and 2015 Jazz over CVT control software issue - 12,329 units affected

Honda Malaysia has announced a recall for 12,232 units of its fourth-generation City (2014 model year) and 97 units of its third-generation Jazz (2015 model year) over an issue with improper hydraulic pressure control software involving the vehicles� continuously variable transmission (CVT).

The company says that in a situation where there is a quick stepping on and releasing of the accelerator pedal at high speed, high hydraulic pressure will cause high stress to be generated to the drive pulley shaft and may cause the shaft to be broken, resulting in the vehicle experiencing a loss of power during driving.

The exercise seeks to rectify the powertrain control module (PCM) in affected cars through a CVT software update, which contains a stress reduction software. As of today, there have been no crashes or injuries related to this issue reported in Malaysia.

Honda Malaysia says it is taking this preemptive measure to ensure customer safety and regrets the inconvenience caused to all affected customers. The company adds that aside from the specified total of vehicles, other fourth-gen City and third-generation Jazz are not affected, and neither are other current selling models

All affected customers will be informed via notification letters, which will include details of the product update. Customers who receive the letter are advised to send their vehicles to the nearest authorised Honda dealer for inspection. Any charges related to the product update will be borne by Honda Malaysia.

few hours lang yan, around 2-3. nasa warranty booklet yata yung checklist ng titignan nila. iwan mo kotse then your SA will contact you kapag tapos na sila. and yes, kasama car wash sa 1k PMS. wala kang babayaran.

Medyo matagal din pala. Malapit na rin akong mag 1k PMS. Buti at may carwash na kasama at hindi ko pa napaliguan kahit kailan yung sakin mula ng nakuha sa casa.

Hirap talaga pag nakatira sa condo. Buti na lang at bihira lang siya maarawan at maulanan (kapag nasa byahe lang) dahil covered parking.

Tlga palang dpat icar wash ng casa sa 1k pms? Sa akin kasi wala. Check lng nila ang unit pinabalik ako after 2 hrs pero walang car wash. General santos city ang casa ko. Ay bakit kaya ganon? baka sobrang linis pa nung kotse mo during the 1k pms kaya di na nila ni carwash.

depende sa dealer nga, since you did not get it. sorry for the wrong assumption that it came as standard service with the 1k pms.

nag-switch dealers na din ako and magkaiba nga sila ng ginagawa per PMS schedule.

Nung first 1k pms ko, ni discouraged ako ng
Service advisor about engine wash. Didnt bother to ask why. Maayos naman yung pag ka wash nung aken, then ni spray wax pa (mother reflections). Mga bagong MF towel ang ginamit pati. The casa would let you in sa service bay nila if you wish to, or you could stay sa lounge where you can have a good view on your car habang ginagawa pms ( w/ 55 " tv, wi-fi, coffee/iced tea/hot tea/ and donuts).

Also, may nakatry na ba to mirror an Iphone sa head unit using wireless? Or kailangan gumamit ng HDMI cable?

Push the start/stop button without stepping on the brake pedal to turn on the head unit.

No idea on iphone mirroring. Tried with my samsung s5 via hdmi cable but it did not work. Not sure if its because of the 3rd party hdmi cable or if an app needs to be installed into the phone first.

Follow up question, i was able to turn the head unit on by pushing the start/stop button. Paano naman off yung head unit? I tried to push the start/stop button again pero umilaw lahat ng indicator sa dashboard panel. 😁
