Don't go to Honda Quezon Ave. Had a bad experience there. Was foolish to have my 09 Civic bought and maintained there. For the same repairs I needed, I got better deals elsewhere. For example, my engine support needed replacement, Honda Q Ave quoted me 15K, tapos sa Honda Cars Bulacan 9k lang with change in liquids, and regular maintenance pa.

Also planning to buy either an HRV or City. Will also try Honda Alabang

re their pms service, i can't vouch for any casa whatever brand they may be. i'm not a fan of casa pms per se

I think Honda Manila Bay would not be different than Honda Alabang as this also belongs to the Ayala group. You may stay away from the two big dealers, Ayala and Yuchengco. The better ones are the independent dealers like Honda Pangasinan, Honda Rizal, Honda Calamba & Honda Batangas that you may consider instead.

They may be all far from your location, though. For your purchase, they would deliver the unit to your doorsteps. In 2011, I acquired a unit from Honda Pangasinan because Alabang wasn't true to its words. The unit was delivered to our office in Paranaque, with 36kms on the odometer complete with the freebies that we agreed.

For the service, I go to either Honda Sta. Rosa or Calamba. But next time, i will try Honda Carmona as i heard they offer lower price for parts and service.

For out of warranty units, i am bringing my unit somewhere else. The non-warranty repairs would really cost you an arm & a leg in a casa.

Honda alabang sucks in regards to being true to their words. Mahirap kumuha ng freebies or discount. Ambagal pa dating ng unit, oorder lang sila kapag kukuha ka na.. So magaantay ka ng sobrang tagal na wala din kasiguraduhan kung may unit nga o wala.. Advantage lang talaga nila is chick yung mga agent.. Wahahaha.. But if serious about getting something look somewhere else.
Nagtataka lang ako na yung Honda makati(magallanes) is under the same "Honda Cars Makati/ayala group" but have better sales and after sales support. Madali kausap yung sales, di mataray kahit makulit ako. As in, night shift kasi ako, kaya madalas ang text ko mga dis oras ng gabi, narereplyan naman ako sa morning.. But usually tinatawagan ako. Hahahaha..
Also, kahit nasakin na yung unit, nangangamusta pa if may problem or issue ako.. Even sa 1st pms ako, kinamusta ako personally, have a minor request din, and naasikaso naman.. Maliit na bagay but for me malaking bagay yun for a good after sales service. Dalawa pa ang kumakausap sakin, isang sales manager at isang sales agent. Hahaha..

Yeah same experience, and honda makati gave me freebies and discount beyond honda alabang. Pahirapan pa humingi ng simpleng rain visor sa honda alabang, samantalang pag ask ko sa honda makati, yes kaagad, sinamahan pa ng trunk tray at full tank of gas. Discount pa sa parts add-on.
Dalawa pa ang umasikaso sakin, which yung isa is medyo senior at malakas ata sa management .. Kaya pag may simpleng hiling ako, napagbibigyan naman kahit papaano at asikaso talaga, naalala ko nung kinuha ko yung sasakyan during waiting ko, tanong ng tanong sakin kung ok lang kami ni misis every now and then. Kasi medyo natagalan lang ng onti yung process. Then nung nilabas yung kotse, sabi ko baket may finger marks(siguro nung chineck ng crew) then maya maya mayron nang crew na may dalang pang detail.. Hahaha..
