Watch your wallet thin-out if you go to Honda Makati. They will confuse you regarding warranties, lalabas its your fault if something is wrong with your unit. Theyre friendly but dont be deceived by their angelic faces.
Honda Marikina along Marcos Highway , is best. They even call you up from time to time if youre satisfied with their job done on your car. They can even pickup & deliver your car.

Just curious, what warranty claim did they not honor?

My brand new Brv had an alignment problem , after 15 days i brought it to Honda Magallanes for a correction. They told me the alignment warranty is only good for 9 days since taking it out. They charged me 1,700 pesos for the alignment.

They Don't Do The Right Things in Honda Makati

Honda Japan's Global Policies on Warranties seems not to exist in this branch.

They also Don't do Things Right:

The service advisor informed me that their in-house alignment crew are outsider employees since alignment is outsourced (endo or not) in their branch.
Also, the wheel alignment program the branch use for the BRV is a program for the Honda Mobilio 2015.

I then sked my service advisor for a refund of my money, but it said it was against their company policy.
They said they use the same Mobilio Wheel alignment program in all their other Honda branches, and they said the Mobilio & BRV programs are just the same.
It was useless to disagree with them with my belief of "how can Mobilio & BRV be the same when their ride heights and under the car's suspensions' geometry are different".
No wonder they couldn't fix the alignment.

Their billing section is fast though.

These two gave the best offers from my experience (bank PO):
    • Honda Cainta - Ortigas Ext
    • Honda Marikina - Marcos Hway

Only around one thousand higher for Cainta as their TPL is 3k as opposed to 1.7k of Marikina

ACMobility, through Iconic Dealership, Inc. (IDI), will begin turning over management and dealership operations of Honda dealerships to new dealer principals towards the end of this year. Honda Cars Philippines says customers will experience a seamless transition with these new dealer principals who are equally committed to delivering outstanding customer experience.

This transition involves all Honda branches currently under the management of IDI, namely Honda Cars Makati, Honda Cars Pasig, Honda Cars Shaw, Honda Cars Bacoor, Honda Cars Cebu, Honda Cars Mandaue, Honda Cars Iloilo, Honda Cars Negros, and Honda Cars Cagayan de Oro.

IDI will continue to operate all dealerships until December 31, 2025. Following this, full sales and after-sales services will remain available at all locations under new operators, and customers will continue to enjoy uninterrupted services at their existing locations. Should there be any changes, HCPI will be announcing through official channels."
