The Accord is still one of the best driving FWD cars available in the market.

The Accord is still Honda's best car as it has been a continuous performer and the model which has gained a lot of praise. Just imagine if Honda puts a similar technology from the Legend and put SH-AWD on the Accord. Super Handling-All Wheel Drive is an option on the Acura TL and TLX sedans.

The Levorg is a compact wagon and thus smaller than the Accord. It is the Legacy which is Subie's competitor to the Accord. This year, Subaru will be releasing the new Legacy XT. It will come with the new FA24 turbocharged engine (same on the Ascent).

The new Accord is finally going to our shores. HondaPH will debut the new Accord with the turbo engines next month. Let's see how much HondaPH will be asking for them.

Since they overpriced even the 1.5 civic, I’m guessing 2M for the 1.5L accord and 2.6M for the 2.0 accord... and for that money I’d get the older but classier lexus is350, although not in the same category. Just a guess though.

I wonder if the new accord already fixed the oil dilution issue with their turbocharged engines in other models...

The older Accord 2.4L is now priced over 1.8M while the TOTL 3.5L V6 model is just over 2.3M. I do hope they keep the price the same for the 1.5T and 2.0T models. There will surely be hefty discounts on the 9th gen models once the 10th gen is available.

The IS350 is over 2.8M for the base model and around 3.4M for the F Sport model. It is smaller than the Accord as its size is more like a Civic. The ES350 is more like the Accord in size but that is around 4.4M already.

This will be definitely in my list for my next purchase. I'm going back to sedan. Nakakapagod SUV whether I self drive or being driven around. I'm re-accessing places I usually go to and hinde naman kailangan ng SUV. Ano pa ba aside from Accord and camry and option dito sa atin?

My wife and I are also in agreement that our next car will be a sedan or wagon, preferably a midsize. Nagsawa na rin sya sa crossover.

Aside from the Camry and Accord, you can also look into the Mazda6, Subaru Legacy, Hyundai Sonata, Nissan Altima, and VW Passat. If you have the extra cash, you can always get the Lexus ES/GS, BMW 5-series, Merc E-Class, or Audi A6/A7.

    Natatagtagan ka sa CRV mo?

When we were buying, we had the option to get a 3.5 V6 Accord (current gen) or the CRV.

I test drove both as passenger and driver and mas comfortable ako sa CRV. Mas maluwag din yung CRV surprisingly. Siyempre mas maganda driving dynamics nung Accord but ang dami na naming sedan and very useful yung cargo space ng SUV.

Although napansin ko mas matagtag ng konti (nowhere as bad as PPV) ang diesel CRV kaysa gas, perhaps because the suspension is stiffer to support the load of the 3rd row and heavier engine.
