If she does not produce any identification when asked, then you should have insisted to bring her to the hospital of your choice. If she still refused, then there is nothing to talk about. You know at that point she has no legal claim. Leave the scene and head straight to the nearest precint and file a complaint.

    Let's weigh this:
Makikipagmatigasan ka so you call your lawyer (magkano ba singil ng lawyer pag ganyan?) then you go the a private hospital's ER. You pay for the consulatation fee, for the x-ray. Most likely kahit walang makitang injury yung doctor he would write, "ligamental strain, left knee, secondary to a vehicular accident" kasi ligamental strains are unquantifiable. The strain was enough to cause minimal inflammatory reaction kaya sumasakit. A doctor would tend to believe subjective complaints.

Have you seen the documentaries of malingerers at Discovery channel? Yet the doctors would diagnose them with real diseases. Just like Post-concussion syndrome, natamaan ulo nila and they would complain of chronic headache.

Siguro 2k for the hospital expenses? Tapos magmamatigas ka pa rin and you call your lawyer. Sisingil din yun, tapos? Ammicable settlement?

    Against P500?

I would have given her her P500.

if you honestly believe na wala ka kasalanan, fight it. kaya marami ang nangongotong/ naninindak/ corrupt, we allow them. we have to start somewhere by saying enough with/to them.
