IIRC, pedestrians have their share of responsibilities too. That's why we consider jaywalking as an offense, 'di ba?

i know this one's hard, kahit ako i struggle..pero when you put it this way, as motorists, we're surrounded by 1-2 tons of steel, ung pedestrians bare human flesh...so no choice,it's really not worth insisting on our right sometimes. although nakakagigil talaga yung mga makukulit

Kapag walang tawiran, sorry na lang. Lalo na kung ilalim ng overpass. Though there are exceptions, they are far and few in between.
Kanina lang nasa EDSA ko heading Monumento. What do I see? Some a**hole in a bike cycling towards me!

Reminds me of that one time in front of Strata 2000 when I was crossing on the ped lane to get to Mini Stop. A cab sped towards me and didn't want to give way. Being the idiot (who thinks he's immortal) that I am, I didn't give way to the cab either. It stopped inches away from me.
Tapos dinuro ko yung cab driver. I had all the right to cross the street and he had all the responsibility to let me. Then tuloy paglakad.
I just took note of his license plate number and carried on with my business. Then I announced the entire incident on RX 93.1 minutes later. Nakaganti na. :-)
So to answer the question, kung may pedestrian lane, naka-red light (for intersections) at may tao kahit isa lang, I always stop.

. but depende sa situation talaga. . . nakakatuwa minsan pag tinigilan mo tapos wave the pedestrians to pass.
what i hate the most is yung tatawid with their hand up tapos hindi nakatingin (hello, look at the cars for crying out loud. masasagasaan ka diyan!)
Puwede i try, 1. Palit air filter 2. Linis throttle body 3. Linis MAF sensor 4. Check spark...
high idle RPM at engine start
