What does it mean when someone flashes his lights behind you?

If it is clear ahead of you, just speed up momentarily to clear the trailers and get ahead (okay lang even if you hit or pass 120kph). Its much safer then holding up your speed beside the trailers and the car(s) behind you just as well.

What I do is whenever I pass on the innermost lane (the supposed overtaking lane) I keep my left signal light on to signify that I'm still in the process of passing another vehicle and yes I speed up just to accomodate the faster vehicle behind me... Once I'm abreast of the last vehicle I'm passing I change signal lights from left to right to let the driver behind me know that I'm transferring to the outer lane immediately after said vehicle...

Pag mabilis ang flow ng traffic eh nagbbigay ako basta hindi alanganin ang lane ko para lumipat pero pag traffic bahala ka sa buhay mo hehe..
