Wala kang panalo dito e. On one hand, I can understand why they would put such disclaimers in place. Think, "Nawala yung super mega boom-boom stereo ko habang naka-park sa inyo," pero wala naman talaga in the first place. On the other hand, pano naman yung mga consumers na totoong nabibiktima?
Since they can't (won't) take responsibility for something they claim is out of their control, wag na lang silang maningil! Quits na lang.
