If you happen to pass by Ortigas ave, coming from rosario, paglampas lang ng stoplight sa green meadows may dalawang MMDA na nagtatago sa ilalim ng overpass.

Yung stop light dito parang pre programmed na sandali lang yellow light, and if you are too fast to stop, sigurado beating the red light ang case mo sabay hingi ng pera ng mga mokong na to.

There are times na nababarahan ng rosario bound vehcles yung kabilang side and since nabarahan na yung incoming trafic na naka go, akala mo go na din kayo.

I pass by that way regularly for the past 5 years and I don't have a problem with the stoplight there....

Not my regular way. Just in case na madaan ako dyan, I'd be extra careful.

This is the problem here when going to Medical City, if you are on an emergency, you would definitely take the chance of a U turn on that stoplight but then again it is prohibited so you would still go straight up to use the U turn under the flyover of C5 (ang layooo!) , then if you go Valle Verde bawal din U turn... D*mn

Kapag emergency cases, ok lang mag U-Turn along that intersection.

Valle Verde allows u-turn in front of the 2nd gate from the intersection (just read the signs).

Siguro nga since nakita nya ako kumanan papunta medical city di na siya tumuloy on his motorcycle na private naman. The stoplight saglit lang mag yellow, red agad so if ma chempuhan ka mga 5 meters from the line and you are driving around 60 kph mejo imposible na maka stop unless hard braking talaga.

Hmm, I've been using that road since the early 90's never pa naman ako nagkaproblem sa stoplight na yan... The ones crossing EDSA bothers me more, quick yellows + wide stretch of road to cover pa...

dumidilihensya talaga mga yan, i've seen them many times na pumapara ng sasakyan coming from rosario, valle verde. and also dun din sa next stoplight in front of Meralco, madilihensya din.

pero usually mga bagong salta nahuhuli nila

Thanks for the heads-up.

In light traffic, those light-blue guys won't come after you because of a 'violation' you're running away from. Even if they had a motorcycle, they'd deem it useless to follow you. If one of them rides the motorbike and chases you without a helmet, then he has his own violation, a real one this time. If he puts on a helmet, the time it will take to do that and start the motorcycle would be enough for you to come loose. My father said they'd rather wait there since there are dweebs who stop anyway even if they have all the means to escape. One more thing, the road's uphill, so all the more you can get away.

Ortigas Ave, near Medical City
