Provincial roads are not as wide as the expressways such as NLEX, SLEX, SCTEX and EDSA kaya hindi basta basta pwedeng mag overtake. Hope the occupants of the Montero are okay, and the driver will have to face the music.

What I learned from decades of road tripping, bukod sa dasal dapat may baon kang gps at patience. Wag mag overtake sa curve kung di visible yung makakasalubong. Hintay lang sa tamang condition na safe mag overtake.

Maling mali driver ng montero, kurbada, may blind spot pa dahil sa nakaharang na truck, Tingin ko hindi sanay sa provincial highway driver, mukhang nag panic.

Whether stock or modified ang kotse, kung barumbado magmaneho ang driver mayroon at mayroong mapeperwisyo. Ang nakakadisgrasya yung kung paano gamitin and in this case magmaneho.

If I'm not mistaken, the Gen 2 and 3 Sentras had ABS as well. As for the wrecked Civic, the kids may have souped up the motor but did they even bother to upgrade the brakes? Sa bagay, with that break neck speed it would have been really impossible to do a sudden stop at that rate.

But the brakes were the least of their concern.

I remember someone here in tsikot tuned his car, but when I asked what BBK upgrade he install, di nya alam whats BBK.

We won’t know if dun sa accident if upgraded brakes will help, but for sure mas may fighting chance.

Even if pang track, the brakes need to be upgraded since madalas ka gagamit ng preno especially sa cornering. If the civic had airbags as well perhaps, just perhaps..........

kaya napaisip nga ko re 4 sa car from the comments. Pero buti na nga lang rare kami mag 4 sa car since bata ako usually 1 or 2 lang sa car.

Pero both sides ng family ko pati pag air travel we NEVER take one flight together kasi pag bumagsak eroplano ubos lahi niyo

Fast, Furious and stupid. Those films were done in a controlled environment as what the disclaimer says pero sige pa rin yung mga ungas sa daan. If those 4 killed in the crash had siblings, I won't be surprised kung maghihigpit na ang mga magulang nila.
