A certain Mr.Quintal driving the Fortuner rammed the Trooper on the side causing the latter to fall on its top crushing the jeepney below.
He admitted he was going fast despite the low visibility and slippery road then he suddenly went 360º then rammed the Trooper.

So, wala palang racing...
Grabe, irresponsibly speeding in the rain... It's so sad that such actions should result in the loss of an innocent life. In all probability, the family of the person that was lost still don't know that their loved-one just passed-away. Kawawa naman sila... :crying:

One person died and at least three people were injured after a sport utility vehicle on Tuesday afternoon fell several stories from the elevated Metro Manila Skyway system and onto a passenger-type jeepney.
Radio station dzBB said a luxury Isuzu Trooper (plate XDS-431) crushed the jeepney at the southbound side of the South Luzon Expressway, which lies below the Skyway.
The vehicle fell near the Nichols interchange and the Villamor Golf Course. A massive traffic snarl ensued in the area.
Authorities identified the fatality as Abner Bitaunan, who was seated at the back of the jeepney.
He was rushed to a nearby hospital but was declared dead-on-arrival after suffering secondary skull fractures and massive bleeding.
The Trooper driver, 25-year-old Randy Danlag, suffered multiple abrasions and was taken to the Pasay City general hospital. He was supposedly driving the vehicle to his employer's home at the Magallanes village.
Doctors interviewed by dzBB radio quoted Danlag as saying that he was sideswiped by a Toyota Fortuner sport utility vehicle.
Danlag and the Fortuner driver were reportedly cutting each other's path at the Skyway shortly before the incident occurred, highway authorities told dzBB.
Bitaunan's two companions, Roldan and Imelda Garcia, were also taken to the Pasay City General Hospital. They were seated in front of the jeepney.
The Garcias suffered cuts and abrasions, many of which were at their upper bodies.
The jeepney passengers had just delivered squash to Metro Manila market vendors and were on were their way back to Quezon province.
Police noted that a big portion of the Skyway railings was destroyed by the impact of the Trooper's collision.
The 35-km Skyway serves as a link from the Makati business district to the southern municipalities and cities of Metro Manila and adjacent provinces.

and the responsible person be brought to justice!

kawawa nga yung namatay. imagine pauwi ka na tapos bigla ka na lang mababagsakan ng sasakyan na biktima rin ng isang driver na walang pakialam sa kapwa.
