Makati, Nov, 19, Friday:

A friend of mine driving less than a week old Ford Everest, no plate yet and with conduction sticker ending 9. She was caught by a police stating a coding violation since her conduction sticker ends with "9", apparently coding every Fridays....

The ordinance Violation receipt indicates that the violation is VIOLATION OF VVRS.

What do you mean by this VVRS?

And also, is the offense valid, I mean since there's no plate available yet and she carries a certification that she is allowed to operate in compliance with section 2 (b) Administrative order No. 8331001, blah blah blah...

Alam ko bawal din gamitin ang sasakyan pag walang plate number. Conduction stickers are only valid upto 3 days from date of invoice from dealer.

Dapat ito muna ang kaso nya, driving without proper legal plates. Either di alam yung kaso ipapataw o nalimutan.

If yun Conduction sticker ang pagbabasehan sa Color Coding kalokohan yun. Tama yun Police to apprehend him not because bawal yun ending nun conduction sticker nya but bec it's illegal to use your car without PLATES (Thanks to LTO). Nevertheless ganun pa din, apprehended pa din sya... hehehe...

kelan pa kaya to na-implement? kse AFAIK, nung bago pa lang ung crv ko, i use it everyday... as in "everyday"... 5 ung ending ng conduction sticker ko and yet, never pa ako nahuli dahil coding... btw, Feb 2003 ko po nakuha ung kotse ko..

We were never caught on either conduction sticker on our two current vehicles.

if 3 days lang valid yun conduction sticker, does it mean na dapat tambak lang sa bahay yun kotse until dumating yun plates? may ways ba na pwede gamitin ang car without violating anything? maybe certificate of whatever ?

Few years ago, 2 day old lang yun 1st car ko hinuli na ako sa edsa, pinakita ko sales invoice at dr ..then bigay ko raw license ko kase dapat raw may conduction permit pa, di naman sinabi saken yun ng honda, sabi nila pwede raw gamitin yun car.......so my question is... ano ba talaga dapat dala dala kung new car ka. malakas pa ba manghuli now ng mga no plates na new car?

Huli nga yan. Minimum violation mo "Disregarding traffic signs" kase malamang yung street eh merong exclusive left turning arrow. Delikado nga yan kasi karaniwan yung left-most lane e exclusive left-turning/u-turning tapos yung katabing lane eh combined left-turning at going straight. Puwede kang mabangga nung katabing lane kapag hindi ka napansin kase ine-expect niya na kakaliwa din yung katabi.

Dami naka abang ng TE sa area na yan. Kahit madaling araw na may naka bantay pa din para sa mga violators.

Oo nga sir, 12MN na nung nagyari yun. kaka u turn ko lang din from the other side kaya lang hindi ako agad naka change lane. Oh well charged to experience and P100 lost.

ask ko lng po ano dapat gawin kapag naabutan ka ng yellow stoplight sa intersection tapus mabagal ung nasa harap mo at nag red na ung stop light.

I was apprehended reckless imprudence daw, kc more than 3 sec na nung nag red ung stop light.

Next time pag alam mong pa yellow or yellow na don't cross the intersection na.lalo na pag traffic na banda sa dakong paroroonan ,always keep the death box open.
