    bad trip din dyan sa toyota p.tamo. marami na rin akong experience na palpak sa kanila. from sa to the service manager. yung nga lang i have no choice dahil malapit ito sa office ang company paid.

    Same bad experienced here with TAI. Pati yung customer service nila ay tanga. Nag reklamo kame pero nauwi lang sa wala. Paikot ikot lang ang usapan wala rin nangyare. Kaya nga kame nagpa PM para iwas tirik. Pero kakalabas lang nung car sa casa ay tumirik din. Di na ko bumalik sa kanila kahit kelan.:mad:

    sa TAI kelangan kilala mo yung mga may ari bago magkaroon ng action sa reklamo mo, dati yung 2 fx namin na galing sa kanila, yung mga free di binibigay nung ahente, yun pala ang dami nyang lista ng free pero di nya binibigay sa client kundi nenok nya, buti kilala ko yung anak nung may ari, so pinasilip ko sa kanya mga freebies ko, ayun huli ang ahente, sibaka agad...

    pero hirap na palagi mo pa idadaan sa kakilala mga ganyan, nagkakautang na loob ka pa sa kanila dahil inasikaso ka nila, na dapat ay inasikaso ka in the first place.

    I am getting a Fortuner in Alabang so i was asked to pay a deposit and I was assured that I would get my unit within 2 days. So far its been almost 2 weeks and all i'm getting is a runaround. I don't mind having to wait if there really is no unit available but what I am getting so frustrated with is the fact that they have to keep on telling me it will be coming the next day. I live in alabang so I ended up getting the unit from them but Makati was giving me an offer also. Maybe I should have taken Makati's offer.

    I know how you feel. Try mo kayang dumiretso sa Toyota Philippines? Medyo mas nakaiinis yung case namin actually, kaso Nissan Balintawak ang salarin. Imagine, nasa iyo nga yung auto, ala namang plaka for 6 months. Nasa harap mo pero hindi mapakinabangan, inaamag kahit na alang pagkukulang sa part mo as a customer.

    Sir wala pa rin ba hanggang ngaun? Wala naman ng waiting list sa order ng Fortuner.

    goddamit!.. mga wlang kwentang service supervisors!... they don't deserve to be one.. they should understand what are the situation and feelings ng mga customer nila.. i suppose mga mechanical engineers pa ata sila pero i don't consider them one... technology without a soul.. a siguro sa isang wa kwents na university sila nanggaling o di kaya man power..>>??... walang kauga ugali eh...

    3 weeks na wala pa yung Avanza ng utol ko samantalang within a week ang ipinangako ng SA.

    Ganyan naman talaga ung mga yan eh. Hanngat hindi ka pa nagdown payment eh puro good ang maririnig mo at pagkatapos na makasigurado na sila na bibili ka na at nakapagbayad eh paaasahin ka nila.

    Bro, lipat ka na ng dealer. I also had a horrible experience with TAI in 2005 when I was part of the waiting list for Fortuners. I shifted to Toyota Shaw where I eventually got my unit. When I had my 5000 KM PMS in TAI (malapit kasi sa amin eh), they never did what they said they were going to do with my brakes. Whole day sa TAI yung Fort ko pero hindi pa rin nagawa due to all sorts of excuses. Plus ang dumi pa inside my Fort - puro marks ng sapatos na madumi. Hindo man lamang pinunasan. Kaya agree ako - Toyota Alabang sucks! I have already convinced a lot of friends and relatives not to purchase from TAI ever again.

    Same here. During my 5k PMS I requested TAI to adjust my brakes casue masyado malalim and when it was done I noticed that ganun pa rin so me as the typical not so reklamador type guy didnt bother to ask them na. Till, one time I noticed my tint has bubbles concentrated on some areas and requested TAI to replace them and all I got are point fingers. I decided to have it replaced sa iba. My friends told me also that I should do my PMS at Toyota Pasong Tamo instead.

    I do agree that the service really sucks ( toyota alabang ) I waited 3 weeks for my car to be repaired and then eto may lumalagutok sa may driverside pakiramdam ko sa may gulong nangagaling, kaya bukas balik ko ulit sa kanila. Even Honda Alabang medyo badtrip din ako sa kanila, Diba before you leave your car may checklist pa sila, kaso napansin ko ung fog lamps na may crack nasa bahay na ko, so i called them up pero wala din nangyari. Bakit nga ba bulok ang mga casa dito sa las pinas?

    Happened to me also in Honda. On my 1st PMS sa kanila inalis ko lahat ng gamit ko sa car before I turned it over to them. It was my first car and 1st time ko nagpa service kaya di ko alam na may checklist pala dapat. When I got to checkout my car I turned my stereo on and play my CD and I noticed that my CD I had left inside was missing. I told my SA what happened then they told me that they are not liable cause unaacounted ung item na un and walang checklist. I didnt bother anymore to argue I just left na lang. Buti na lang CD lang iniwan ko kung hindi pati ibang belongings ko nakuha din. Sayang pa naman ung CD hard to find un.

    I had my 1k PMS last week at TAI, may iniwan ako 50 petot sa lagayan ng barya. Lagi ako nag iiwan dun pang parking at pang tip... pagkatapos ng PMS hindi ko na makita yung 50 petot! Pinatos!!! .. at 2 out of 3 items lang dun sa reklamo ko ang ginawa nila... daming dahilan! ... I'm considering TYT bicutan next time ng 5K PMS ko..

    Hello everyone.... i just want to share a very bad experience with Toyota Alabang... last Oct., I had my Vios serviced for the 30000 km check, aircon cleaning and interior detailing.... after 3 days na-kuha ko naman.... we claimed the car on a Thursday... after thT, sATURDAY NA NAMIN ULIT ginamit yung car.... and to our surprise, sumsablay yung ignition, as if nasira yung starter... .. syempre, tumawag ako sa TAI and guess what.... 3 araw yta bago ako may nakausap dahil napakahirap tumawag sa kanila... palipat lipat yung call mo.... so binalik ko sa knila yungb Vios ko, when they checked, nag corrode daw yung starter ko... how can that happen eh hindi naman nabasa yung engine room ko nung baha.... besides, maayos yun nung ipinasok ko sa knila, tapos paglabas ganun na?.... KAINIS DI BA?..... nilinis nila yung starter at siningil pa ulit ako ng P1,100... ang kakapal... nakuha ko naman within the same day... that was Nov. 7.... at ang nakalagay sa Invoice ko, due for replacement daw yung starter ko... my car is just 2.5 years old.... and kung nabasa man yun, sila ang nakabasa nun when the cleaned the engine room... a few days ago... sablay na naman starter ko... so kapag binalik ko sa TAI, papapalitan nila sa akin for P13000... ano sila sinbuswerte?... either ipaglaban ko na sagutin nila ang palit or wag ko na sila pagaksayahan ng pamahon... pero still the same... SINIRA NILA YUNG KOTSE KO....

    nag-engine wash ba? patay na kung bara bara ang paglinis ng engine bay. I assure you, di bale nang madumi ang engine bay kesa sa malinis nga, yung ibang parts na hindi dapat mabasa eh nabasa.

    pero hindi ko rin masisi kasi alam naman ng mga tao na may bad reputation ang "ibang" casa pero pumupunta pa rin sila. 30k PMS, sa totoo lang, change oil and tune up lang sila magaling, pwede mo namang ipalinis nalang sa ibang reputable aircon shops yang vios mo mam, tapos yung interior detailing, pwede nang yung boy niyo nalang or kapatid na lalaki ang maglinis, just give him some tip both happy pa kayo.
