Ok, so may hiwalay na parking ang motor, pero may pila pa din, at kasama sila sa dahilan kung bakit lalong pahaba ng pahaba. Nyeta!

In fairness to 2 MC guys though, one of them really fell in line, and the other told one of the singits off.

Just earlier when im driving through tagaytay going to alabang , lagpas na sa fun ranch then suddenly may biglang lumagabog sa right side passenger door ko , Moderator snip akala ko nakabangga nako but when i saw sa side mirror yung gagong motor driver pinilit isingit yung motor niya sumayad sa gutter ayun nasemplang tumama siya sa side passenger door ko at nagkaroon ng yupi yung door ko napa mura ako luckily may pulis na asses agad kame , since walang insurance kotse ko areglo nangyari pinabayaran sakanay ng police inistimate 3500 . since ayaw ko ng mapatagal at maabala pumayag nako sa 3500 . yung gagong driver di niya naman daw kasalanan , Moderator snip muntik ko ng sikmuraan eh sisingit singit sa gilid tapos pag pagbabayarin magrereklamo amputa , ayun na prisinto pa kame dalawa at dun nag usap eventually pumayag sa 3500 , umalis nako pagka kuha ko nung pera at lisensiya ko binigyan ko yung dalawang pulis tag 250 , bali 500 , so 3k nalang natira . Moderator snip pag minamalas ka nga naman

Kung wala yung pulis dun malamang kamot ulo din yung driver nayun at di magbabayad ng ganong halaga . Swerte lang talaga na may mobil ng police that time , imagine traffic pa non ang bagal ng takbo tapos bigla mababangga sobra ako kinabahan kasi akala ko the fault is mine yun pala kami binagga , hassle lang . Happened around 11:15am today at Marcos Highway westbound cor. A.Bonifacio, just underneath the flyover leading to Marikina. I was at the tail end of moderate traffic approaching Katipunan, full stop at the leftmost lane. Barely five seconds later, a motorcycle falls on my right front passenger side, startling my wife who was sleeping inside. I go down to check on the rider and his passenger, and I instantly notice the damage.

After assisting the rider in getting his motorcycle to the side of the road (he was still limping from the impact), I ask him what happened. He says he was about to overtake from behind me on my right side, when an L300 delivery van cut him on his right side, forcing him to swerve back into my car. I also learn that his companion is pregnant, and that he was riding only on the strength of a student permit; aside from the helmets both of them were wearing, he had no other safety gear. We repeatedly asked the rider if he wanted to seek medical attention, but he declined.

After seeking the assistance of the MMDA in the vicinity, we went to the Marikina Traffic Bureau, where we filled up the usual paperwork. It was determined that the rider was in violation for not having the necessary non-professional license, so he was made to choose between having his motorcycle impounded or just his plate confiscated; he chose the latter. We will be meeting again at the traffic bureau this weekend to determine how much he will pay in damages, which is likely the participation fee for the insurance claim.

Side note: Traffic accidents attract gawkers, and ours was no exception; when I returned to the scene of the accident with the MMDA enforcers in tow, another motorcycle rider was having a word war with a delivery truck driver, right across the road from where we were. Apparently they were both rubbernecking, such that they failed to notice each other on the road.

Nabili din naman yung first car namin na wala akong lisensiya, pero hindi ko hinawakan until nakuha ko na yung non-prof license ko. Takot ko lang.

kaninang umaga around 6am on my way to our plant in bulacan on a two lane road yung MC bigla na lang pumunta sa lane namin from opposite direction no warning or signal of his intention and never even slowed down tapos punta sa right side namin para lagpasan kami kasi may lubak sa lane niya. todo brake tuloy driver ko tapos MC rider pa galit nung binusinahan. wala na nga helmet sila nung back ride niya tapos sila pa sumalubong sa amin. kung di lang siguro namin kasabay mga manager namin sa kotse kanina baka binugbog namin nung driver ko yon lalo na wala pa tao don sa dinaanan namin.

Let me just reiterate how a lot of these MC riders are imbeciles.

You leave a relatively safe amount of space to brake but they take it as their cue to cut in -- so close to you at that that you don't see their brake lights! Patingin-tingin pa ng masama kapag natutukan mo and/or nabusinahan mo. Hello?! Natural matututukan ka, eh allowance ko dapat yun para maipreno ko yung malaki kong sasakyan. G*go! Buti nga naipreno pa nang hindi ka ginulungan!

You see a family of 5, at night, with either the father or mother wearing helmets criss crossing traffic. Sometimes, the helmets are even arm accessories only! Punyemes!
