    Dapat. Tanga na yung investigator kapag hindi sya sumunod sa evidence, and I'd presume you can file a complaint or charges.

    Kelangan pati yung from POV ng driver, para kita din kahit papano kung sa gilid. Then again, ok na din yung sa harap.

    Pano yung recording ng dash cam? Recording to a CF or SD card?
