well,
the two-wheeler was changing lanes. my guess is, he was intending to turn left.
so i suppose it's his fault.
one does not have much of a right of way, when changing lanes.
personally, my more accurate term in this video, would be "swerving".

i think the black vehicle was going to park at the somewhat-perpendicular parking slot,
but his vehicle's larger turning radius was forcing him to turn from the leftmost lane.
the video is sub-optimal... was he signaling via his signal lights?

I can understand the 4-wheeler's intention to make a wide turn para madaling makapag-park.
Ayos din naman that he's indicating his intention to make the right turn via his signal light.
Pero without slowing down bigla na lang niyang kinabig ang sasakyan pa-kanan.
Kung baga dapat turn right with caution pa rin. Slow down to make sure walang paparating sa kanan.

Si kamote naman, marahil nakita naman niya na malayo pa naka-signal na si cage driver.
Pero gusto niya talaga mauna kaya binilisan pa niya. Huli na nang mag-decide siyang mag-preno.

I don't think they will also pay to use the expressways not unless someone else is paying for the toll.

honestly, mali yung Innova dito. masyadong malaki yung kabig nya to park.

I don't think a blind spot monitoring will also help kasi ang layo pa nung motor.

I personally would park near the shoulder tapos aatras na lang ako before parking (kung di kaya ng turning radius ko to park)

Ang laki ng side mirror ng Innova... He can't say na hindi nya nakita yung MC.
