I thought I've seen it all when it came to delinquent motorcyclists. But what I saw this morning definitely takes the cake.

This bald-headed guy we came across was talking to someone on his cell phone. No, he wasn't using the handsfree or speakerphone. He was actually cradling the phone between his left cheek and left shoulder. And he was doing so while riding his motorcycle, without a friggin' helmet.
