Ang akala ko hindi effective ang speed gun kapag gabi dahil nadidistract ng headlights yung gun kaya wala lagi mmda sa commonwealth at macapagal kapag gabi na. So iba gamit ng mga mmda at sa expressway?

Sabi nung chief ng mga slex police, wala raw problema yung speed gun nila. Talagang overspeeding yung mag asawa.

Baka miles yung setting not kilometers kaya they would think their running 100kph when it's actually 100mph. For an enforcer, they would easily spot yung mga speeding as it's outstanding among the traffic flow then they would point their speed gun, it's that simple.

tutal na-media na, if i were in mr. gonzalez' shoes... i would dare them to do a test, take that chief with a witness in tow for a spin with the volvo and run * 100kph then let it be tagged with that said scanner.
at may isa pang witness syempre dun sa scanner, magka-alaman lang kung saan talaga ang problema...either the slex police or volvo.
do the same test with different car also, with slex vehicle perhaps.

Kaya maganda kwestyunin sa korte ang procedure nila ng pag kuha ng speed.

Merong show sa tv about "speedster fights back", mga defense sa courtroom ng mga speedster. Minsan nakakawala sila sa ticket because of technicality. Meron isang episode na nalito yung pulis na bumaril ng radar dahil 2 sasakyan mag katabi at mali yung sasakyang nahuli.

If you watch the video you can clearly see na KPH siya and do you think ivivideo at malakas loob nila mag patakbo ng 100kph kung MPH pala? And do the math na din kung 100mph takbo nila I think 160kph un kung icoconvert so ibig sabihin mali at hindi accurate un speedgun or radar na gamit db? Saka as far as I know hindi talaga accurate ang speedo ng mga sasakyan plus 5 to 10kph un dagdag niya sa actual speed mo. So pag 100 takbo mo ayon sa reading ng speedo mo tendency 90 to 95kph lang talaga. Try it using waze or gps with speedo.

Saka sa mga nag sasabi na baka customised un wheels/gulong/mags I think hindi malakas loob nila ivideo yan kung customised db? Saka halatang bago din bagong plate eh haha.

Saka halata dun sa interview ng chief ng slex may mali sa part nila. Even na bago yan dapat calibrated yan lagi. Kung pwde nga lang before mission nila eh calibrated on that day eh. Saka kung speeding nga nasan un picture dapat pinakita niya sa interview. Kaso wala eh pano maniniwala ang mga tao sa sinabi niya tsk tsk.

Kung sa actual na 100Kph ay equivalent to 130Kph sa reading ng speed gun, ibig sabihin any car speeding at actual 80Kph and above, overspeeding na sa reading ng inaccurate gun. Pila na dapat ang binibigyan ng ticket sa gate. Unless, Volvo lang talaga ang trip nilang gipitin.

Ako laging dumadaan sa SLEX, madalas 100kph more or less. Balita nga yung ABI Greenfields pero di pa ako nahuhuli. Kung ako so Volvo, ipapa calibrate ko auto ko sa Volvo. Chances are may diperensya yun speedo nya.

Somehow in spite of the driver's video, I am giving SLEX the benefit of the doubt. I have never been caught speeding (or my family) and we travel to Laguna regularly. Saka sa dinami dami nga ng dumadaan sa slex araw araw bakit 5× siya nahuli?!?6

Even if the Volvo driver has bad blood with Mates guys, that doesn't give the latter the right to falsify evidence to convict the Volvo driver of overspeeding.

Judging from the video. Mukhang di naman mabilis takbo nung naka volvo.
Yun babae naman feeling vindicated lang kaya ganun mag react, at ganun lang siguro sya ka enthusiastic kasi nga naman 5x ka ba naman mahuli ng speeding, ako man mabwiset din.

Is he the most unlucky person then? I'm from Laguna and drive SLEX regularly. I go beyond 100 kph and cruise at that speed too like most cars. I can't fathom how anyone would be caught speeding 5x in a month cruising at 100 kph.
