I think kung STAR ka nahuli sa Lipa ang punta mo, if sa SLEX ay sa East Ave QC. Nahuli na ako minsan dun sa exit ng STAR so off I went to Lipa, fine is 1k but the wait is excruciating. Patay ang half day mo dito or if late morning ka dumating patay na buong araw mo.

I heard in the U.S., highway police are required to calibrate their speed guns on a regular basis.

Yeah thats right, and if you know youre not violating speed limits, you can contest the calibration and demand for the calibration papers before they can issue a ticket,

No amount of tire size would give out a discrepancy of 31kph.

    Yup.

    -

It should be noted that almost all stock speedometers run a little bit fast. In the past several years that I've been calibrating speedometers against the VBox, the only one that has matched the VBox to 100 km/h is mine. And my car wears tires that are 5% larger than stock.

Most cars have speedometers that read 5% fast, some 10% and a rare few more than that. None have speedometers that read lower than actual speed. That's a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Chances are, if their cruise control is set to 100, they're doing about 95 km/h. (and no, Google maps is not carthographically exact when it comes to roads)

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Our Innova's speedometer reading is 5kph higher than my iPhone's Papago map.
So I drive at 105kph when in a hurry. A bit faster than that when overtaking.

Para wala nang diskusyon, since alam kong nasa tamang speed lang ako, I ignored them, diretso lang ako, at a moderate speed na hindi mukhang tumatakas, I thought kung habulin ako i can always say I didnt notice them because Im confident that im not violating anything.

I didn't care to watch the video anymore, just a few seconds.

What are the odds na thrice siya nahuli in 2 weeks? I travelled to Laguna (Sta Rosa) several times this month and I definitely went beyond 100. I was never apprehended on SLEX or Skyway for speeding in my entire life and hopefully it stays that way
