What's the chances being caught 4X of the same offence ? I think they push too much their luck it seem their Volvo's speed indicator is giving them wrong readout/display as against actual. Baka miles yung setting not kilometers kaya they would think their running 100kph when it's actually 100mph. For an enforcer, they would easily spot yung mga speeding as it's outstanding among the traffic flow then they would point their speed gun, it's that simple.

Kung nasa tv patrol or what ever, this is a nice case to follow on who's calibrate and who's not.
