Unlike sa davao, the best ang rules of law dun.

Sige lets put it this way, skyway built a sturdy doomsday proof railings, OO Wala na talaga mahuhulog pababa.

kaya nga i asked what's the difference? deterrent sa pagkahulog OO pero yung meron madidisgrasya is andyan pa din.

Sounds like it's hopeless and we'll just give up? As what BDO say "we find ways". Sounds better than "it's hopeless" or I give up.

Sir, alam naman natin lahat yan. Aksidente ay aksidente, patay kung patay. In your case, the problem now is more on stupidity of the driver, not the road.

The reason why i'm more concern sa pagkahulog ng saaskyan sa skyway is, nasa skyway thread kayo at eto ang topic. Now if you want a different topic to discuss about reckless drivers, create a thread and usap tayo duon.

The point is they need to mitigate the risk. If they perform the proper risk assessment makikita nila na aside from preventing idiot drivers from performing idiotic acts e they need to adjust the barriers as well or maybe need to improve the road as well.

Well, sa panahon ngayon wala tayong maasahan.

For starters I believe they need to raise it a little, reinforce those cylindrical bars, and maybe put tickle bars near the side to warn sleepy drivers they are at the edge or nearing the edge of the road.

Raise that cement side wall up to that steel cylindrical bars then lay that bars on top of the heighten cement side wall. And also thicken the side walls hanggang maalis yang gutter.
