Apparently he was drunk and took the off-ramp kaya naka-counterflow.

I think he was driving a bit fast. When I started to look a the group of cars up ahead, I would lift the throttle na and start to slow down but I guess he kept on going. Then again, you wouldn't be expecting this on the skyway.

And the counterflowing car was an Altis.

Closing speed was well above 100 km/h. The counterflowing driver was speeding.

Dapat na talaga i-reform ang traffic laws. Reckless endangerment should be a non-bailable offense pending investigation and filing of official charges.

100kph, Niky? So can we say that he's just lucky to get out alive or it's just the car that saved him from death? Frankly pag sa Vios ko nangyari yan I think I'll have a one in a million chance to get out with just a minor bruise.

I'm wondering bakit niya kinabig ulit yung manibela pakaliwa (towards the oncoming car) when it seemed sa video na may ample time pa naman siya iwasan yun Altis. Actually before the video was cut akala ko makakatuloy siya to the 3rd or even 2nd lane unharmed.

Or baka naman kasi yun Starex mapipit maneuver siya kaya di na rin nya tinuloy? Kung ako yun Starex magbrake na ko once makita yun oncoming vehicle na yun.

Meron talagang driver na ganyan. Tulad din yan ng traffic sa countryside/provincial roads Madalas ang counterblow para umovertake. May driver na kahit alam na alanganin na yung nasa kaliwa eh imbis na prumeno at magmenor eh sasabayan pa. Kung sana nagbigay nalang yung starex.

Mga motor malalaakaas din sa counterflow.

Walang mali ang Starex. Sa sobrang bilis ng pangyayari wala ng oras magreact yung driver ng Starex. Split second lang ang pagitan nung biglang kumabig yung kotse sa unahan ng Mazda 2 hanggang sa nagsalpukan sila. Kung yung mga kotseng nasa kaliwa nga di na napansin na may kasalubong sila, what more yung nasa middle lane? Ang atensyon ng Starex driver napunta na doon sa nangyayari sa harapan niya, di na niyang makuhang tumingin pa sa side mirror.
