Closing speed was well above 100 km/h. The counterflowing driver was speeding.

100kph, Niky? So can we say that he's just lucky to get out alive or it's just the car that saved him from death? Frankly pag sa Vios ko nangyari yan I think I'll have a one in a million chance to get out with just a minor bruise.

if you count how many seconds nung umiwas yung nasa harap nya, thats the time he saw na may kasalubong sya, i think thats less than 3 seconds, and at that speed, less than 3 seconds reaction time wouldnt be enough.

Yes true. I've noted the group of cars in front, not yet swerving to the side, around 0:26. Around this time I would've lifted the throttle. Problem is the Starex on the right played a factor. Not sure if I would be able to brake and swerve to the right behind the Starex. I wonder if the Starex had some damages as well.

medyo matangkad yung starex. kaya palagay ko, mas mauuna nya mapapansin yung incoming altis kesa sa mga sedan na tulad ng mazda 2 kahit na hindi level yung ground (which is evident in the video). kumbaga he has a second or split second more to react than the shorter cars around him. nagtaka lang ako na parang hindi napansin nung starex yung side mirror nya sa kaliwa. kadalasan kasi sa driver eh malikot ang mata and vigilant to their surroundings.

um naflat lang ata sir, kaya mukhang bumaon sa kalsada.

Looks like asphalt, could have gotten scraped when other metal parts struck it
