Humans are humans and we are born vulnerable to mistakes.
Di naman dapat sagasaan kung nagkamali tulad ng di naman pinapatay ang tao kung nagkamali.

Pag nagkaroon ng batas ng pwedeng sagasaan ang tao pag wala sa tamang lugar, di na magiging tao ang driver, di na magiging responsable, lalo na kung hahaluan pa ng insurance na sila ang magbabayad sa tao ng namatay o nasugatan.

Wala namang sinasabing sasadyaing sagasaan, ang sinasabi kung aksidenteng nasagasaan ang isang tao dahil tumawid sa bawal, walang kasalanan dapat ang driver. Pag sinadya, krimen iyon.

Tanga yun. pero alam mo naman na maraming tumatawid dyan, bat di ka nag-miminor?

Remember, the driver should know all written laws of the road, the pedestrian doesn't. It is always the fault of the driver if he runs over the pedestrian. Let the traffic police do their job in reprimanding these pedestrians. If, you can't comprehend that, then you must stop driving.

I agree with hominid in including traffic rules and regulation in the school curriculum.

For those who dont understand the rule, I suggest that you must read your manual of rules and regulation. Remember, even though jay walkers or any pedestrian violators are at fault, you the driver are always the blame that is why when you drive....drive defensively. Man vs machine think about it.

what we have are "pro-masa" laws. they are not necessarily the right laws, but they appeal to the masa. pro-masa ang pinas. (OT) look at the Lina Law on squatting.

man, i can't wait for the time when people start walking while texting on edsa. or better yet, mag basketball sa edsa. tutal sinong tanga naman ang mambabanga sa kanila di ba?

if you think about it, wag na tayo magpagawa ng mga overhead walkways. what's the point? nakakapagod umakyat sa mga iyan e. ang laking gastos pa. tutal i can walk on edsa, or slex, or quezon avenue.. and walang tangang mambabanga sa akin.

look at otep's post about the students not minding walking on the streets of a major street. malakas loob nila kasi sobrang skewed ang laws in their favor. pero nakita mo na bang magtapang-tapangan ang mga pedestrians sa mga PUJ at PUB? alam kasi nila na walang pakundanggang babanggain sila ng mga PUV's e. pero sa private cars, ang tatapang nila.

if you ask me (well even if you wouldn't but i'll post it na din nevertheless), pedestrians on pedestrian walkways, cars on roads. hindi dapat mag-mix. kung sino ang wala sa lugar, siya ang mali. otherwise, anarchy talaga ang kakalabasan.

just the same as usual..... madaming bawal... ang tanong eh na-eenforce ba? kung hinuhuli ang mga gunggong na yan eh sa tingin ko hindi na dadaan sa bawal yan. Ako may pagka-tamad din ako but i wont risk my safety just for convenience, kaya overpass pa rin daan ko. Sindi lang ng isang stick ayos na! mukhang goons na kaya iwas holdup! hehehehe!
