subject: Shamed by a former that’s entertainment star

Does anyone know this washed up actor named
Robert Ortega? He is now a councilor in a
certain city. In his respectful status does he
act as someone to be respected? I am afraid not.
For someone in his status, they are the supposed
servants of the people, the supposed people who
tend to deal with problems through, as much as
possible, diplomatic means. But I am sorry to
say that this ill-tempered, impulsive, power-
tripping, counselor possesses none of these
characteristics. You see, it all happened at the
corner of San Pascual st. in Manila. It was in
the mid-afternoon, a car was parked at the
corner of the said street for reasons that it
was being fixed. Then the alleged councilor
arrives in his maroon Daewoo and a “pedicab”
blocks his way. The councilor steps out of his
car and pushes the “pedicab” towards a
streetwalk and shouts at the poor “pedicab”
driver. Coun. Ortega then tries to enter the
street but finds a car parked at the corner
which makes it difficult to maneuver if one
lacks the skill of a motorsports driver. Coun.
Ortega steps out of his car once again and
shouts, “Kaninong kotse ‘to?” while pointing at
the said car. He then turns his attention to the
car shop packed with cars being fixed. “Pare,
hindi naman kailangan maging matalino ka para
malaman mo na hindi dapat magparada sa kanto.”,
again shouting and repeating this line many
times. The driver of the said car goes to his
car to put it out of the way and was apologetic
for being ignorant. But Ortega was not finished
yet, “Putang Ina! Wag mo nang alisin yan!
BABANGGAIN KO NALANG IYAN!”, shouting as he revs
his car and continues to drive on leaving the
bewildered driver behind. Thankfully he did not
leave any scratch to the said car. But he was
not yet through. After he goes home, he speaks
to his grandfather and ambushes the said car
shop. He was acting arrogant and proud.
“NASAAN ANG PERMIT NIYO?”
“SINONG PUMIRMA?”
After seeing whom signed it, “HA, BUKAS
NA BUKAS DIN MAKIKITA NIYO! IPASASARA KO IYANG
TALYER NIYAN MGA PUTANGINANG KAYO! MAY DALAWA PA
RITONG PRESKO AT SUMASAGOT PA.” The two people
he was referring to only told him that he did
not need to shout to give his point. What is
being “presko” about that? Just because they had
the nerves to address him to calm down, they
were being “presko”? I think not and could only
throw back the comment back at the councilor.
“IPAPATOW KO LAHAT NG MGA SASAKYAN NIYO.
KAYA KO IPASARA ITONG BUONG BUILDING NA ITO!
BAKA HINDI NIYO AKO NAKIKILALA?”
Another conceited statement from a power-
tripping councilor.
I am afraid this is not the first time
this sort of behavior had been seen by the
residents. He once had a resident’s car towed
because it blocked his way and even punched the
son of a lady in the corner store for standing
up to him and reasoning. Are these supposed
behaviors of people that are supposed to be our
servants. Yes, we the people, the common people
are responsible for their wages and still they
look down to the common folks as nothing. They
forget why they are there. People like these
should not be in the government. He acts like
such just being a councilor, imagine how he will
be if he continues to climb the political
ladder. Again, the driver was apologetic for his
mistakes and admits that he had fault but to
react in such a manner is not in anyway
appropriate.
With your help, let us show these
egoistic people that we the people still has the
power. Spread this message to everyone to
prevent such officials from climbing to power.
This is not a hoax to destroy his name due to
the coming election. This is a true story. Go to
the said place which is along Quirino Ave. if
you want to confirm the event. We need your
help. Thank you.
