*CaMoTe,
the problem is, *some* of our bikers can't comply (or don't know) the safety standards. nabibilang sa daliri yung may tamang safety gear sa kalsada ngayon. kung sana maiimplement ito ng maiigi ok lang sa akin.

Actually, for those free moving, higher speed portions of SLEX, I would think hindi nga dapat magpaekis-ekis ang mga mas maliliit na bike, for its rider's own safety. But for those slower moving portions of SLEX, especially during rush hours, that's where I think these bikes are more likely to do their Evel Knievel antics. Of course, there are riders who would be responsible enough to drive defensively, yet there are more riders who believe any and all open space can be driven through. (Oh well, just the same as some other drivers.)
Bingo! And the lame excuse of these law "enforcers"? "Ang dami nila, di namin kaya." Of course, as always, it takes 2 to play at this game. To help the implementation, the motoring public has to cooperate. The more volunteers inform their riding (as well as driving) brethren, the better it will be for everyone. But then, with the way our society uses the road, the authorities have to do a much better job enforcing the law.
