Further,- I pursued the bus, which is now in the middle lane, and caught up with it, a few hundred meters down the road. I slowed down to just 60KPH and took note of the bus company and the plate number. The bus slowed down significantly and then It took the rightmost lane and slowed down further... Ganyan talaga ang mga g*go na iyan...

Aside from your formal letter of complaint, it will be better that you call their phone number also (if you have) so they'll know you are serious about it and also make sure you get the name of the person you are talking to so there will be someone "accountable" to your complaint.

*CVT, it's a good thing you were able to avoid getting into an accident! I hope they'd respond to your complaint but I wouldn't count on it too much.

It's no wonder a lot of bus drivers get road raged, they're just asking for it!
