December 30th, 2011 05:54 PM #21I believe it's reckless if you still forced your vehicle to enter the lane given that the other driver isn't willing to give. But if more than half of your car is already in the lane but the other driver still kept on flashing his lights or worse with matching horn, then it's already discourteous for the other driver. Remember that turning on your signal light doesn't mean you could enter or change lanes right away. You should always make sure that it's safe before changing.

As for my opinion at this situation, if I see a overtaking vehicle at the opposite lane, I would not flash headlight for him because I know he His aware and instead of speeding up, I would slow down and calculate the speed and space from my side to let him go back to his lane safely to avoid accident, if you do not give way even his fault if accident happen it is a waste of time to involve

i also hate this one!
kahapon i was parking sa may kalsada since holiday naman, naka hazard ako, medyo mahirap kunin yung parking tapos there's this aluminum van na binababaran ako ng busina, considering wala namang traffic at nasa hospital zone kame because i work in a hospital.so alam mo yung feeling na napepressure ka magpark, hindi man lang makapag antay!

I think Im right.
People do the flashing of light or honking while you are in the middle of the road situation, seems they like to take away your momentary right of way!
Selfish people...

para sa kin, very discourteous yung i'm crusing *120kph sa SLEX (which we know na 100kph lang ang limit) e biglang may tututok sa likod mo while flashing their headlights na parang minumura ka na "tumabi" ka. considering na napakaluwag din naman sa right side. IMO since 100kph lang naman ang speed limit, i have the right to be in the outer lane. kung gusto mo lumusot e di lumusot ka sa kanan na maluwag naman. kaya gagawin ko pag may tumutok na ganun e tatabi na lang ako...... palulusutin ko na sya....... tapos hahabulin ko hanggang maiwanan ko ng milya milya para lang ma realise nya na wag maangas sa kalsada.

December 31st, 2011 06:11 PM #30basta wala ka sa left most lane ok lang hindi tumabi at stay on your lane. pero kung nasa left most (overtaking lane) dapat po tumabi tayo. i remember nung break-in ng auto ko naka 160 na ko pero may tumutok pa rin sa akin at nagflash, kaya no choice at tumabi ako. balak ko sana habulin kaso ang tulin eh :-)
see my pahabol statement above. i mean, i can go on vacation anytime. but my spouse has her...
