I agree. These buses are the real culprits on EDSA. Time to create a two bus company market for ease of enforcement.
i think i can understand why they think bosses "can afford to be late"...
...ganun siguro lahat ng bosing sa gobyerno ^_^
Are private cars really the biggest cause of pollution in Metro Manila? | TopGear.com.ph
Interesting...
Coz private motorists just happen to be the easiest ones to push out -- save for the high and mighty with their bodyguards.
They can't apprehend motorcycles, and they've already extorted from the PUVs and trikes their periodic protection money.

Personally i think banning old cars might even increase pollution. Old cars that are maintained properly still have very decent emission test ratings and can still be efficient. People maintain them because they still see it to be useful to them in the long run. If you ban old cars, people who buy cars will just run them to the ground and avoid maintenance costs on the premise that they have no value from the cars in a few years time as they have to be junked and decommissioned anyway.
Hmm, mas marami akong nakikita smoke belcher na PUV kesa private.
For the sake of argument, sabihin na natin that private cars will pollute more per km/hour they are drive: how many km/hours on average are private cars being driven, compared to PUVs?
Hindi ata kaya i-comprehend nang kukuti nila yan.
I for one believes that there are far more efficiently maintained private old cars that there are dilapidated ones at least from where I am. But for the sake of argument, kung pasado naman kasi sa limit nang emission then dapat puwede pa talaga. Yung bagsak ang hindi talaga dapat bumibiyahe na.
Biruain nyu, we pay tax for people in LTFRB who thinks that way?! Are they really thinking?!![]()
