Coming home from Imus...going towards the boundary between Imus/Dasma i noticed a bunch of cops stopping vehicles causing traffic, pulling ppl over, lots of trucks. This was all along the aguinaldo highway.. one of the cops looked at me, n i just gave him the cold shoulder n sped away haha..u aint catching me! I aint paying sh1t!. But saw lots of trucks being stopped, it was a few days ago probably. There were probably 10 of them stopping vehicles.... i guess they needed some money for lunch.

For my subdivision, I know there's a fee each delivery each truck had to make when we moved into the subdivision. It was a P40 fee. I was ok with that, since ppl here said it was normal.

I told our driver that I wanted to talk to the guy

    Me: Ano yan tax?
(im not sure of what ive said im just trying to talk some sense to the guy)
I just didn't argued with him further dahil alam naman natin na maraming traydor dito sa atin and the common notion na "teritoryo namin ito" baka biglang batuhin or kung anong gawin sa delivery at tao namin. everyday pa namin kaming dumadaan dun so what i did is i phoned my customers asking them what the hell is happening there in Indang? I told them that they should Esort those stuff out with their baranggay town or whatevever indang cavite is ,if they want to continue doing business with us and they should be the one to shoulder the fee if ever hindi nila maareglo

    just ranting
    tama ba ito?
if ever this is illegal where can i report this ****?

Unless someone goes to court, that practice won't stop.
That's also the practice in Pampanga, We used to haul sand for construction.
every baranggay you pass thru, you will be asked to pay up. Even the Catholic church has its own collector. I dont know if it really goes to them.
Cost of doing business has really gone up.

That policy of cavite is a pain in the butt. What if you only deliver in that province, once in a blue moon.

That is the result of our Local Govt. code's "devolution of govt." courtesy of senator pimentel. buti na lang di nanalo mga anak niya.

Devolution should not be total independence, Kaya nga lumabas ang Republic of Makati. As in walang pakialam, walang pakisama sa ibang bayan. Pilit implement ang coding, while they are in power since 1986, wala ni isang tulay o flyover na napagawa.

Color coding should also be questioned in court. It should have been only temporary measure.

Yung kay pimentel gusto nya i push through maging federal state ang mga bayan.
