    Electronic or computerized stuff being more secure is an utter myth. In fact, electronic odos (and other electronically stored databases for that matter) are much easier to cheat if you are knowledgeable enough about how they work. Hell, if our elections were done on computers, cheating could have taken place without any human intervention in real time (i.e. during the voting process itself!).
    I would agree, In fact one of the used cars salesman here in Makati offered us to trick my friends exped for P1,500, 3 days waiting time. You can even ask the “dent specialist” about it hehe.

    yun ibang 2nd hand cars binabago nila yun odometer para mas mababa ang mileage at mas mataas ang resale value. May nakausap na ako sa casa nito at dent specialist hehe. Kaya daw nila gawin yun may iground lang daw sila
