    Ang Balita sa LTO on hold muna, kasi Isang announcement nalang including other items like HID on old cars, mufflers, Spot Lights or Extra Lights, Steel Bumpers like ARB or 199 offroad, number of inches LIft , other accessories might distract the driver and other motorist and Heavy TINT. Kasi pose DANGER to car OCCupanTs and PeDestrian.

    Saw a Fort with the new plates today... with an acrylic plate cover and what appeared to be aftermarket bolts.

    rules and regulation cannot be done overnight...pinag aaralan mabuti yan...and they should indicate all this rules sa website nila para hindi nalilito ang mga car owners...kung saan saan kasi nangagagaling ang info..hindi centralized

    It's obvious, LTO is making a fuss to cover up the PDAF scam. Sobrang katangahan na yung pinapakita nila eh, just to get people's attention.
