i was at the atc this morning.
guess what? yung mangilan-ilan na vehicles na naka-park sa open parking walang 2013 sticker (plates ending 1-8)

lahat puro '12 pa sticker.......

wow naman napuna mo pa yan? nung nasa atc ako nung sunday ang mga nakita ko shorty shorts-puw3t, shorty shorts-puw3t, shorty shorts-peklat.
february pa yung rehistro ko hanggang ngayon wala pa!
pag sinabing "tawag kayo maya ser" pag tawag mo ulit hina hang yung phone!

Yung kasama ko sa office nag pa rehistro siya sa may emission testing center sa may Mindanao Ave after 3 days nakuha na OR and with Stickers na. Kaso may service fee pa na 500 pesos.

buti sa akin after 2months nakuha ko.. pagdating ko LTO pasig.. haba pa ng pila okay na magtiis na pumila kaysa walang sticker

Registered our Advie last April, 2013. I got my stickers within 3 days. Depende siguro sa LTO branch yung delays sa issuance ng stickers.

last may, went to lto in our province to have my licensed renewed. got there quite early to make sure i was among the first in the queue. i endured more than two useless hours warming my behind in the waiting area before it occurred on me that those who came later on were lining up at the cashier's booth for payment and release. rage took the better part of my senses, stood up, excused myself into the window pane and gave the frontline staffers a scathing about how so f*****-up their definition of efficient, fast and honest public service and how so damn rotten their bureaucratic system.

found out inuuna pala nila yung mga nagpapalakad sa mga katabing insurance companies moonlighting as lto agents.

got my license in about 30 minutes and already in hard plastic. otherwise, they might have told me again to come back after x light years because they ran out of license cards.

Depends nga talaga sa area... when I registered mine got the sticker the following day and they informed me na 1,000 stickers per day lang ang allocation per branch.

Sa nag post naman sa FB ... "hmm" .... yun lang ... mahilig magmalaki kaya sikat na sila ng padrino nya

Sa pasig din ako nagpa rehistro. Tumawag ka ba muna bago pumunta? Araw-araw na ko tumatawag pero wala pa daw eh. Kainis!
