From what i have observed along the streets of Metro Manila, ang mga Traffic Enforcers ng Pasay ang pinaka
notorious sa hulihan at kotong. Never have i seen any of them ever man a traffic for which that's their primary
task. Lahat sila makikita mo , sa sulok, nasa lilim at nagiintay o naghahanap lang ng huhulihin. Sila pa ang
pinamamadudungis ang hitsura among all TE in the the metro & notorious violators when it come to motorcylce rules.
No wonder Pasay has always been shitty in everything despite one of the first few city in the metro.

Lately they have been on the portion of Edsa from MoA in the direction of Taft. By 6pm, they would be walking close to the centre island and randomly "apprehend" vehicles stuck in traffic. For what violation, I don't know. I just don't trust them though especially with their methods which are truly dodgy at best.

Why so rude? Kailangan talaga ganun?

Tsk, tsk, tsk

It's an internal thought that runs through my mind whenever i see those TE's robbing unsuspecting motorists while neglecting to direct traffic properly and apprehend the PUVs that wantonly disregard all rules. I agree that there are honest public servants out there, and hopefully they can multiply as the years progress. It's rather unfortunate that a lot of them just get overshadowed or swallowed by the rotten system.

You want to see the exemption to the rule, it's in the intersection of Libertad & Taft. Cguro that's where they post newbies.
Beyond that place, lahat ng area of Pasay, you won't see their TE manning to aid the traffic but rather hiding and waiting for the kill.
really the most notorious among Metro Manila's TE.

Too many trucks in Marcos. Naguilan is too far coming from the south. So Kennon is a lot faster.
