I very much appreciate your effort on this matter, however, I simply could not see how the lack of coordination by the guards manning the traffic at the Ortigas gate of Frontera Verde would justify Mr. Padilla’s throwing his dirty finger at me. I am not trying to be difficult, but why reprimand the guards for an honest mistake when Mr. Padilla was the one who intentionally disrespected me and challenged me to a fist fight?

I believe the concern is not so much of an issue with traffic but rather an issue of disrespect.

I have furnished Mr. Padilla a copy of my complaint. He can communicate with me as freely as he waved his finger at me. In case he does not know, my email address is ******idx.com.au.

i furnished a copy to francorp phils, the company who handles franchising for padi's, and to the chairman of the philippine franchise association, where mr padilla is a vp and member of the board of trustees. wala pa po reply. baka busy

IMO, Francorp should start policing its ranks. If another member of theirs acts in the same manner as Mr. Padilla, baka pa lahat ng franchise na nakalista sa Francorp ang i-boycott ng mga tao.

I received a copy of Ms.*****'s letter, and I have
also read the comments you and your friends have
posted on the internet. I'm sorry for not responding
earlier as I have been swamped with work.

Regarding the incident at Frontera Verde, I guess what
it boils down to is that there are always two sides to
a story. From my end, I honestly felt at the time like
you were trying to "make singit" when the guard had in
fact told me to proceed inside. It upset me because we
would have been on a direct collision course, plus I
really hate non-discipline on the road. My own opinion
is that drivers that intentionally behave in this
manner deserve more than "the finger".

However, if you sincerely felt that you were told to
proceed by the guard, then I sincerely apologize for
having offended you.

If you would like to speak with me to discuss this

explain my side of the story, and listen to yours, now
that we have both "cooled off".
