Ganyan talaga style ng bidding sa gobyerno. Tinaas nila specs (100g) dahil alam nila wala naman local na noodles na ganyan ang serving size. and presto! isa lang ang qualified ( and ito ang preferred bidder nila ). Rigged bidding!

Noodles for the 2007-2008 "school-feeding program" have not been delivered by most of the regional and provincial DepEd offices. Nag-expire na!
Patay kang DepEd ka!Last edited by chua_riwap; May 1st, 2009 at 01:09 PM.

the whole point of coming up with "projects" is simply to steal money
the govt people do not care about the projects naman e
paraan lang yan para kumita
kaya magaling sila mag isip ng "projects"
the govt people don't care if a bridge doesnt get finished
or if a stadium never gets used and is left to deteriorate
or if high yield rice isnt suitable for our local farmers' farming methods
or if puro wrong spelling and wrong info ang laman ng textbooks
or if noodles for school kids are really crap
All they care about is the money
after they get their share, the projects are forgotten
then they think of new projects naman
