I was driving along p. tuazon approaching EDSA. It was traffic during that time and vehicles are bumper to bumper. The traffic light turned yellow seconds later the red light followed. I was one of several vehicles caught on the middle of EDSA. I moved on thinking one of the MMDA enforcer signalling me to go ahead and cross. so i moved on. To my surprise, he is waving his hand because he is going to apprehend me. At first i argued about my case but he was not forgiving. I told the enforcer that there are 2 other vehicle who are rolling along with me and were able to cross without apprehension. I felt like i was singled out by that enforcer.

Asking me about if i have the time to go to the bank to pay the ticket for my traffic violation. Then i aked him? i can pay through a bank? he said yes. Then he gave me again signals na maglagay na lang ako.

I know this happened to a lot of motorists out there.
In my opinion the new ticketing system of the MMDA is good and will help stop lagay system of some enforcers.

Non-contact traffic apprehension is very good for the public. Less corruption, less abala! I just don't know why Binay and others are incensed with BF.

siguro nga. kakainis yung MMDA kasi parang ayaw ngang magbigay ng ticket. when i left i looked over my rear view mirror. nakita ko yung MMDA mukhang nadismaya kasi di ako naglagay. they need to be taught a lesson.:beard:

pissword, yup. You need to keep the old ORs from your traffic tickets. Before kasi they used to write something at the back of your papers indicating that you committed a violation. Tapos, come renewal time, hahanapan ka ng receipts.

Im not sure if this is still the defacto today.

Sabi nga daw. Binay really doesn't like the plan. Makati PD WILL take your LICENSE. Rule: Don't do anything dumb in Makati.

FYI. bago magbayad sa metro bank kailangan ma i xerox yung ticket. after payment validate yung xerox copy(drivers's copy) at original copy(metro bank copy).

driving against traffic (or a one-way street) has a p150 fine only...

see the violations and their corresponding fines here
