    just renewed my license last december, i wasn't asked for my TIN number. since i got my license, i never gave them my TIN. my license was renewed at motortown alabang.

    ask ko lang sa mga nagrenew ng drivers license recently, requirement pa ba ang tin number?

    renew ko kasi last 3 years ago kelangan pa eh. LTO cavite pala ako. thanks.

    ok thanks. isasabay ko na kasi yung rehistro ng car and renewal ng drivers license para isang abala. buti wala na yung tin number na yan hehe dati kasi bumalik pa ako ng bahay para kunin. sana may makita ko kakilala sa loob para hindi na ako pipila ng kalahating araw...

    inom ka madami water bago ka pumunta. hirap jumingle pag kaka-jingle mo lang. drug test.

    yung mga important numbers (tin, sss, etc.) lagay mo na lang sa cell phone mo. para kahit di mo dala sa wallet di ka na maghahalunkat pa sa bahay pag kelangan.

    If you want to have your license renewed without any inconvenience, just go to the mall-based ones. Robinson's Galleria and SM Hypermarket Pasig are great renewal areas kasi halos walang tao. You'd be done in less than an hour if you're lucky enough to get there without a queue.

    For the TIN number, hindi siya kailangan. I didn't know that when I had my license renewed a month ago, so I still had to give BIR Pasig a call for them to give me my TIN. Pretty handy to keep your local BIR office number in your phone though, in case you need to retrieve your TIN, kaysa babalik ka pa sa bahay for it. Or you could type it on your phone as well so you have it with you at all times.
