If you'll get a gun, better learn how to use it well. proper training and safe handling should be the most important aspect if you want to use it for protection. Otherwise, you might end up hurting, or worse killing, an unintended target.

Pero astig talaga if a woman knows how to wield a gun!

In charging the perp, libre lang yun sa prosecutor's office. You just have to request the police officer to prepare a complaint for you. Or if you know a good lawyer/law student, he/she can prepare it for you for free.

Be extra careful na lang, you wouldn't know if the kumag is planning to get even sa inyo. Hopefully naman, natuto na siya and would not bother you in the future

[SIZE=2]mahirap po talaga pag walang kasamang lalaki sa bahay pero wala talagang pwede eh.. pumanaw na rin kasi dad ko a year ago.. kung kapamilya namin, nanakawan din kami kasi malilikot mga kamay ng mga un.. si mama naman marunong humawak ng baril.. haha.. pero bulok na kasi baril namin kaya super hirap na ikasa kaya humahanap ng mas maliit na madali gamitin.

I am sure may filing fee pero maliit lang yun -- maybe 1k, ganun. Yung lawyer, kung kukuha ka ng advise on how to effectively make a deterrent, puwede consultation fee (depende yun kung gano kabigat yung lawyer). Pero kung gusto mo libre, puwede kayo kumonsulta sa Fiscal's office ninyo -- explaining what happened and what you want to achieve.
