nabangga ka na ba?

Last week

. In fact, kakalabas lang sa body shop ang pick-up ko.

Ano naka bangga? Bicycle sidecar na nagbebenta ng peanuts! Grrrr!

Hindi ako pwedeng sumingil ng pang ayos kasi nga mahirap nga si mokong. Tinamaan nya ang right side pick-up bed, buti nalang hindi umabot ang yupi sa doublewall kasi pag doon banda kailangan i-cut open ito to beat out the dented metal

Eto ngayon, di gaanong nag match ang kulay sa original. Baka ipa washover ko nalang to by January Grrrr!

yup! learned my lesson the hard way because i lost my first car during the accident.. beating the red light yung nakabangga sa akin.. damage sa tsikot ko.. total wrecked! buti na lang the seat belt law just got implemented a month ago..

:btw:, ayaw magbayad nung nakabangga kaya dinemanda na lang namen sya.. of course, we won.. after 3 yrs nga lang.. tagal ng mga hearing sa court eh..

wahhh, momieblue ~after 3yrs, to think na total wrek pa yung nangyari. eh sakin parang hinataw lang ng maso yung likod ko. kainis naman yon. well ok lang siguro basata yung sa three years na iyon nakaimpound yung bus na bumangga sakin. ok lang kaya yon.

actually kakapasa ko palang ng complain sa ltfrb, meron pala sila website. hindi ko alam kung meron ako mapapala doon.

sana matapos na to prob ko, kawawa naman yung sasakyan namin merong band-aid sa likod

Me, until now, the driver and owner of the trike unit won't pay. sheeesh. Anyway, Hopefully, there will be a law that will substitute jail time if the person didn't have cash to pay, until then, justice not served. Being poor is a not an excuse for not being able to pay. In the first place, we are all responsible for the acts we do on the road, rich or poor.

Thats right. A person who happens to be poor is not an excuse or a reason to extinguish an obligation. An obligation will always be an obligation. Di pwede awa awa. Kaya ang lalakas ng loob mag maneho ng barombado yang mga jeep, motorcycle, trike. Kaya ang naiisip kong paraan kukunin ko ang lisensya nila at ang kinita nila sa biyahe para by way na perwisyuhin ko sila. Pinerwisyo mo ko bibigyan din kita ng perwisyo.

Anyway, yesterday I was driving our 4x2 d4d hilux E variant on a slow moving pace due to heavy traffic approaching an intersection. Suddenly I heard a loud sound at my rear and I felt a slight vibration on our pickup. To my surprise when I stepped out of my vehicle a honda civic bumped me at the rear. Nakita ko yung civic wasak yung bumper, basag ang right head light, yung hood niya tumiklop hangang half ng windshield, yung radiator. Upon seeing the heavy damage on the civic I hurriedly looked at my rear to see if the damage on our pick up is also substantial.

To my surprise only a slight dent was inflicted on the bumper. I said to myself, "tibay pala ng hilux"

. After a careful assessment medyo sumuot sa ilalim yung civic and binanga niya yung chassis ng pickup which I believe is the strongest part of the truck which may be the reason why the civic sustained heavy damage.

To cut the story short, siningil ko nalang siya ng 4000 para ipasok ko nalang sa insurance ko (walang insurance ang gaga). HUmihirit pa kesyo masmalaki ang banga nya etc. etc. Well kahit na maliit ang damage sa sasakyan ko the fact that there is still a damage dapat mag bayad ka pa rin. Kung pwede pukpok baka palagpasin ko pa. Kaso replacement na ang kailangan. Nagtanong ako sa toyota 22k ang bumper.

Nakow talo ka dyan sa Bus Company.Paiikut ikotin ka lang nyan.Hanggang sa you na sumuko.Happened to my friend,it last for months,demandahan,takutan,patulong kay ganito kay ganyan,waste of time,in the end...sya rin nagpagawa ng car nya.Same with me,Brgy Captain ng Alabang area nakabangga me,been there all sa process for claiming,eto till now,damage pa rin car ko.Masakit man sa damdamin coz we are soooo ingat and love our rides,eto nalang ABULOY NALANG NATIN SA KANILA KUNG AYAW NILA.
